When damage is beyond repair, we remove the old, cracked windscreen, prepare the frame and apply OEM-approved SIKA PRO urethane before carefully installing the new glass, restoring clear visibility and a secure seal.

How long does windscreen / window repair or replacement take?
Windscreen chip repairs take about 15–30 minutes, while windscreen and other auto glass replacements usually take around 1 hour. You can drive immediately after a chip repair. After a windscreen replacement, allow 30–60 minutes for the fast-drying adhesive to cure before driving.
What types of vehicles do you work on?
We perform auto glass services on all vehicle makes and models. This includes cars, trucks, vans, utes, SUVs, 4WDs, prestige luxury vehicles, classic cars, limousines, buses and all other types of vehicles.
Will my insurance cover the repair / replacement costs?
Most comprehensive insurance policies cover windscreen and vehicle glass damage, although an excess may apply. By making a claim, you can reduce or eliminate your out-of-pocket costs. As an insurance-approved repairer, we work with all major insurers to complete your repair once you’ve lodged your claim. Contact us to find out how we can help.
Can I get a repair, or do I need a replacement?
We’ll always repair your windscreen where possible to save you time and money. Front windscreen chips or cracks smaller than a one-dollar coin can usually be repaired. However, larger damage, side-door glass and rear windows require replacement. Tell us about the damage and we’ll let you know the best option.
What does ADAS calibration mean and do I need it?
ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) use cameras and sensors to support safety features such as lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control. If your vehicle has a windscreen-mounted ADAS camera, manufacturers requre it to be recalibrated after windscreen replacement to ensure it works accurately with the new glass. We’ll let you know if your vehicle requires ADAS calibration when preparing your quote.
What warranty do you offer on your auto glass services?
